- Photocopy of Govt. Photo ID Proof(e.g. PAN card, Voter’s ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
- Fees as per the respective university policy. Cheque/DD/Online Payment Receipt.
- Letter of Undertaking, if Required for any university.
